Refund Policy

When refunds may apply to deposits or adoption fees paid to Teacup Empire.

Deposits

Deposit refundability is set out in the Reservation & Cancellation Policy and confirmed in writing at the time of each reservation.

If a veterinary concern is identified before handover that affects a puppy's fitness for travel or placement, we will discuss options with you directly, which may include a refund, a delay, or reserving a comparable puppy.

How to request a refund

To discuss a refund request, contact us at hello@teacup-empire.com with your reservation details. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and resolve requests case by case.
